Commercial Ventilation Services is a test and balance company serving the
metropolitan Houston area. In addition to performing test and balance on air and
water systems, we provide the following services:
• Commissioning of HVAC Systems – Retro and New Construction
• Fire Damper/Smoke Damper Inspections, Testing and Repair
• Smoke Exhaust System Testing
• Stair Pressurization Testing
• UV Light Installation
• Problem Solving of Mechanical Systems
• Provide IAQ Surveys
• Airflow Verification Plans for Hospitals/Lab Facilities
• Start up of Air Moving Equipment
• Light Sheetmetal Work
The above work will be performed by well qualified technicians. All of our technicians
have completed a four year apprenticeship program through the local sheetmetal
union and have been certified by TABB (Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Bureau).
